How to remove mold spots on the surface of die-cast aluminum? Let's take a brief look:

1. Shot peening is a cold treatment process, divided into shot peening finishing and shot peening strengthening. The purpose of shot blasting is to remove impurities such as oxide scale on the surface of die-cast aluminum and improve the appearance quality. Shot blasting is to trick the high-speed moving pellets to continue to charge the surface of the strengthened workpiece, forcing the target surface and surface layer to undergo the following changes during the cyclic deformation process:
1. The microstructure is modified;
2. The non-average plastic deformation of the outer surface layer introduces residual compressive stress, and the inner surface layer generates residual tensile stress;
3. The roughness of the outer surface will change. However, the shot blasting sensitivity is poor and is limited by the position, so there is some confusion when processing the die-cast aluminum workpiece, and the inner surface of the die-cast aluminum workpiece is prone to dead corners that cannot be processed. The equipment has a complex structure and many vulnerable parts. It has the characteristics of fast wear of blades and other parts, long maintenance time, high cost, and large one-time investment.

Second, sandblasting method uses sandblasting to treat the surface of die-cast aluminum to deceive the charge effect of high-speed sand flow and roughen the surface of the substrate. Select shrinking air as the power to make the high-speed radiation beam radiate the spraying materials (copper ore, quartz sand, silicon carbide, iron sand, Hainan sand) to the surface of the workpiece to be processed at a high speed, so that the surface or shape of the die-cast aluminum workpiece will change, and the impact force will be great. , The finishing effect is obvious. However, sandblasting easily deforms the thin-plate workpiece, and the steel shot hits the surface of the workpiece, causing the metal matrix to deform and peel off after cracking, and the oil film and the matrix deform together. Therefore, sandblasting cannot completely eliminate the workpiece with oil stains and mildew stains.
