a. Casting process: 80pcs to 120pcs per 12 hours
b. Cutting riser bar and sprue bar, the polishing cutting surface - 5 - 10 days.
c. If there are defect on casting, we need to weld them and polish them again. - 3 - 6 days.
d. Heat treatment 2-4 days
e. Machining 7-15 days
When we got your orders, we are busying on other POs, so we need more than 10 days to arrange your casting.
